True. There's the whole 'dead' thing, and the whole 'drink to be brought back to life' part too.

Honestly, I've never really thought an afterlife existed, so I'm not really sure what to think at this point. It kind of sounds like a trick, though.

That's not too surprising, some people believe that. Even in a world like mine, where there's people who claim to have powers from the gods, there's others who are still atheist.

Yeah, some people back home claim that kind of thing, too. Not a lot of people take them seriously, though... Is it different where you're from?

[polyglotti]

It's a little easier to at least consider that the gods might be real when magic is indeed real. I've never seen a god, but I've seen several of my family members do magic, and they all say the gods give them that power.
