Alright. Did you have a specific question in mind?

How bad are those injuries? And what caused them?

[polyglotti]

Oh! All the face-bleeding was from an overuse of magic, I think. I've never used magic before but I got forced to use it while we were there. All of the stabs on my arms are actually wounds Lavi got, but they got copied to me though the magic-stuff that was going on.

How did you end up using magic? Where were you?

It was a weird abandoned building full of skeletons, and this one huge, awful monster. We found this sort of...ritual chamber, I think? And I put my hand on a pedestal and things got really weird. I ended up connected to Lavi mentally and we had to work together to fight a giant skeleton.

A mental connection? ... Are you two back to normal now?

[Zel. Tuuri is a language nerd, she would teach you Finnish if you asked.]

We are now, yeah. Once we got back the connection was gone.

What about the other two?

[that's not a very specific question but like. gestures broadly at them. what happen.]

If you mean why did they turn into girls, I think it's because they died at one point. Then they got replaced by those two girls for a little while.

That can happen?

I don't think that normally happens, or else people would be replacing everyone who died here. It was just a part of whatever nonsense we got involved in.

What kind of magic was it, anyway? You said you were forced to use it?

It called us necromancers at one point, so...necromancy?

[hardrocklife]

You mean... controlling the dead?

[polyglotti]

[Suddenly thinking back to a specific part that definitely involved bodies. Hm.]

I think so? I'm pretty resilient, I can bounce back from just about anything.

[hardrocklife]

[He looks a little concerned, but there's no use in pushing.]

[She'll open up eventually. It just takes a lot for her to admit there's a problem.]

It is pretty annoying though, even moving my arm stings.

That probably means you shouldn't move it too much.

... It's a shame we can't use healing magic here.

[polyglotti]

I won't.

[Even if it's boring to sit still.]

Your world has magic that just heals people like that?

[hardrocklife]

Yes. It's possible with white magic.

It's not really my specialty, but a priestess taught me a basic recovery spell a while back. Could patch up most wounds in a few minutes, if they weren't too serious.

I bet it could fix up my arm pretty quickly then.

[Tuuri you were bleeding from your eyes earlier.]

We don't have magic healing like that in our world. The gods do bless people to recover eventually, but they still have to heal at a normal, human pace.

[hardrocklife]

That's a pretty weak blessing...

I think it's just based on what's needed. Most of Lalli's magic is based on protecting people and guiding souls to the afterlife.
