[Sometime after the boat racing, when things have quieted down and it starts to get dark, a melody can be heard from the indoor beach.
There, Zelgadis sits on a beach chair with a guitar in hand, playing a melancholy tune. A tiny dark shadow can be spotted pawing at the sand nearby -- it seems the kitten is around, as well.]
[Zel's just in the museum downstairs from their unfortunately crowded curfew spot. He sees the notification on his phone, and he sees Tuuri... and he looks away.]
[Tuuri will just lead him over to the garden. This is plenty quiet, at least compared to the noisy docks. They can find a patch of grass and Tuuri will plop down there before patting the spot next to her.]
[Welp. Time to head back on the ferry! She waits to ride with Zel, wanting to make sure he's alright for the travel back. He might still be hurt after the CYOA, after all.
But as the ferry chugs along, Tuuri is leaning on a balcony looking out at the other islands. She has a lot on her mind tonight.]

[it takes a little longer than expected, maybe... but of course, zelgadis shows up this evening. there's no hesitation once he's at the entrance, he hurries inside to see her.]
[Zelgadis is out in the city, looking to see what (and who) can be found. With so many unfamiliar faces, he's opted to pull up his hood and scarf, but he won't let the crowds deter him from venturing out and exploring the new area. Besides, going by what he's seen on Bicker, he has a feeling he might find a certain someone if he looks hard enough.
He stops at a public park for a short reprieve from the streets, standing for a moment and gazing upward at the towering buildings as he gets his bearings.]
[Instead of a death announcement they get dropped into a black hole! And Tuuri just groans as she sits up because she just woke up like five minutes ago, she's still in her pajamas.]
