[He looks over curiously, then nods, and will follow.]

[She leads Zelgadis over to a park bench specifically. She climbs up on it, and she looks proud of herself as she faces Zel. She's about the same height as him, maybe slightly taller?]

Much better.

[polyglotti]

[Yep!

Because she's grabbing onto both sides of his face to give him a big ol' smooch right on his lips.]

[his eyes widen. he doesn't know what to do. somehow, he was unprepared for this.



but that brief feeling passes, and he closes his eyes. and lets himself relax and take in the moment.]

[polyglotti]

[Somehow he was still unprepared...Zel plz.

But she's glad he's not freaking out and pulling away, that lets her relax into the kiss a bit more. Her hands slip away from his face so her arms can rest on Zel's shoulders loosely.

When she finally does break the kiss a few seconds later, she's looking all too pleased with herself.]

[his expression's softened a bit, his shoulders more relaxed than they were moments ago. it's an accomplishment -- this guy does not relax easily.]

[She likes this relaxed rock.]

You kept missing my hints, so I had to take matters into my own hands.

[he sure did. yeah.]

I just never thought anyone would... see me that way.

[polyglotti]

[She's not going to ask why. She's seen his memories, she knows what he's insecure about. Instead, she's going to offer words of support instead.]

Well, there's at least one person who does. And I'm sure there's more, if you wanted to search for them.

[he manages a small smile.]

I'm happy enough with one.

[polyglotti]

[Aww, that's really sweet of him! She smiles and gently presses her forehead against his.

VERY gently. Because of the metal hair.]

Then we better work hard to make sure I can go home with you, hmm?

that smile widens -- he looks determined, now.]

Yeah. I won't accept any other outcome.

[polyglotti]

[Oh hello, she likes that determination.]

Right! I mean, I have a house here as a backup if things go wrong, but I'd rather not stay here.

[hardrocklife]

You have a house?

[He's a little surprised, even though perhaps he shouldn't be. They've been living somewhere, of course.]

[polyglotti]

Yeah! Come on, I'll show you.

[She hops down from her bench there and just. Automatically takes his hand, like it's the most natural thing to do.

She'll be leading him back to the ferry though, because her house is on the animal crossing island.]

[that's okay, he seems fine with getting led around like this.

he does give her a sort of questioning look when the island comes into view, but he'll keep following where she leads him.]

[I see. Tuuri is the top.

She'll lead him over to the cluster of houses, and to one pink house in particular.]

There's no locks on the doors, so it's not complete privacy, but it works for now.

[Yeah she does not plan on staying in hell forever. This is a 'for now' setup.

The whole house is one big room. There's a bed off to one side and a couple chairs closer to the door, but most of the room is bookshelves full of books.]

[he looks around thoughtfully...]

It looks nice. Better than mine did...

You ended up with a house too?

[hardrocklife]

Uh--

... No. Had one temporarily. In what was probably a fake memory.

[polyglotti]

[Oh yeah. That one where nobody realized Zel had fake memories and was living as a normal person in animal town.

Um.]

Oh yeah. That time.

[hardrocklife]

[Week 3 was a million years ago.

Anyway, he goes up to a bookshelf to look at the books and see what's there. Or really, to check if they're even real books, or just decorations.]

[polyglotti]

[It's all one big piece. The books are attached to the bookshelf.]

Yeah, I was debating what to do with that. It wouldn't be too hard to make it into an actual bookshelf, I think.

Guess that figures, for this place...

Not sure it's worth the effort if you're leaving soon, though.
